Sweet & Sunny Breakfast Sandwich
 

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 pieces bacon
  • 2 pieces King’s Hawaiian® Original Hawaiian Sweet Sliced Bread
  • 1 tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 slices Lorraine® cheese
  • 1 leave fresh dill, chopped

Directions

  1. Fry eggs sunny-side up to desired doneness on stove-top over medium heat. Meanwhile, prepare bacon slices according to package directions.
  2. While eggs and bacon are cooking, slice King’s Hawaiian® Original Hawaiian Sweet Sliced Bread in half, buttering one side of each. Place slices butter-side down in skillet over medium heat and top with Lorraine® cheese. Cook until brown on bottom and cheese begins to melt.
  3. Assemble sandwich by topping with egg, bacon and fresh dill.
