Ingredients
PASTRY:
- 18 ounces all-purpose flour
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt, to taste
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 3/4 c. water
FILLING:
- 9 ounces feta cheese
- 1 egg
- Black pepper, to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Put all of the pastry ingredients in a bowl, mix until the pastry becomes elastic.
- In a seperate bowl, prepare the filling by adding all of the ingredients until well mixed.
- Make small balls with the pastry, roll them out and top half of the pastry with the filling mixture. Fold over the other half and press together. Place the pieces on greased baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes.
