Green Bay Cheese®’s Swiss cheese offers consumers a domestic approach to Switzerland’s Emmental cheese. Swiss Cheese is best recognized by its signature “eyes”, a result of carbon dioxide that is released during the cheese’s maturation process. It has a partly sweet, somewhat nutty flavor that pairs well with apples and makes a deliciously mild addition to salads.
