This wonderful, intensely flavored Spanish Blue cheese is crafted in Northern Spain from a blend of cow’s milk and sheep’s milk. It offers a slightly piquant bite, and rich, buttery texture that makes a nice contrast with sweet, crisp pears and apples. A blue cheese with excellent melting qualities, El Cortijo® Spanish Blue Cheese tastes divine on top of grilled steak.
